One 30 Day Challenge idea that often is included on a number of lists is to DECLUTTER your office or home.
The concept with this challenge is at a minimum you will discard, sell, or donate one item from a specific space for 30 days. That can be your office, bedroom, den, kitchen you get to select the area.
Science tells us that clutter makes us anxious. Anxiety increases stress. So look at the DECLUTTER challenge as a technique to become calmer.
