For September I am participating in the 30-Day Literary Lesson Coach4aday Challenge today the lesson is on WORRY.

There are many passages in the bible about anxiety, fear, and worry. One verse I am fond of is found below:

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.“-Philippians 4:6-7

Literary Lesson from Dale Carnegie

Our lives are filled with decisions. There is no doubt that it is prudent to gather information about any important decision. “Paralysis by Analysis” happens when you spend too much time analyzing all that information and second-guessing and worrying every possible outcome.

Dale Carnegie wrote a number of books including “How to Stop Worrying and Start Living

So many takeaways in this bestselling book including the concept that WORRY is a habit. Habits can be broken. If you want to read a fantastic summary and review of this book, I recommend you go to a website created by Calvin Rosser.
