For October 2023, I am participating in the “30-Day 30 Words Coach4aday Challenge” where the topic today is on QUIT.

October 26th Topic

Conversations with leaders from many different arenas all share issues of dissatisfaction and disengagement in the workplace often leading to someone deciding to quit. That is often complicated by a condition called “Quite Quitting” when someone on the team is not all in and will only do the minimum.

One cause of people deciding to QUIT is the leader manages everyone the way they want to be managed. Not everyone is like you. Manage your people in a way where you give them what they need not what you know.

As a manager/coach spend time listening and caring. Yes, some will leave but hopefully it will be a launch and not a QUIT.
