For September I am participating in the 30-Day Literary Lesson Coach4aday Challenge today the lesson is on REPUTATATION.

Inspiring children and grandchildren are a noble quest. Motivating and challenging young people to live up to a lofty set of expectations is one method of creating a REPUTATION.

To tap into the power of giving someone a REPUTATION to uphold you have to build a relationship with that person. When you invest your time in people you stand a pretty good chance of making them feel valued and important. When that emotion is created in someone, they don’t want the REPUTATION you have given them to be tarnished.

Literary Lesson from John Maxwell

In John Maxwell’s book “25 Ways to Win with People” his # 6 tip is “give others a REPUTATATION to uphold”.

Think about someone today that you have a relationship with that needs you to elevate their REPUTATION. Then go focus on his/her potential or their unique talents and gifts and let them know about it.

People in your family, church, business, or team achieve more than they thought possible when someone else believes in them. Lift someone up today and let that be part of your REPUTATION.
