Today is the first of the month so that means the beginning of a NEW 30 Day Challenge for September. I really hope you will read the post and decide to join the group that will embrace this challenge.

The great news is I truly believe this month challenge can change your life by creating habits that are MIRACULOUS. The not so good news is this challenge is not going to be easy or for the faint of heart.

This challenge will stretch most people including me.

I don’t intend to be judgmental but I perceive most people in life being content to settle for the life they already have. The effort the MIRACLE of creating a better life requires is not going to appeal them. The reason for the lack of appeal is not only effort but you have to change. If you have read this far I believe a better life does appeal to you.

I will warn everyone that the first ten days of this challenge will most likely be unbearable, the next ten days uncomfortable, and the final ten days you will become unstoppable. That is the power of habits and routines it takes time.

The September 30 Day Challenge is called the MIRACLE because it is based on a book by Hal Elrod called The Morning Miracle. The techniques outlined in the book become the challenge for September.

Here is a link to purchase the book on Amazon. It is not necessary to read the book to take on the challenge but it will help. You can do the challenge without the book.

The MIRACLE Morning by Hal Elrod

This post along with a book review from Paul Minors and his New Zealand website will outline the MIRACLE Morning Challenge. Paul has created a PDF Book Review on The MIRACLE Morning.

The goal this month is to create a personal routine that will set you up for success. Those habits absolutely have to be the first thing you do each day. I will repeat, you do the MIRACLE Morning every day first thing. For most people that is going to involve getting up early and changing existing routines-I get it HARD and UNBEARABLE.

The 30 Day Challenge for September is to adopt the SAVERS habits.

Those 6 habits in the acronym SAVERS are listed below

SILENCE-AFFIRMATIONS-VISUALIZATIONS-EXERCISE-READ-SCRIBE

It can take an hour or just 6 minutes each morning to complete the MIRACLE. The choice on duration is yours. You can spend one minute on each habit or spend ten. For me it will probably be close to an hour. That means getting up an hour earlier than usually for most people.

Here is an example just using 1 minute each morning on each the SAVERS.

One of the the things I have learned in 2020 has been the importance of my self awareness. This has grown because of creating new habits. Since January I have incorporated some of the habits that the MIRACLE Morning expects. Those habits have resulted in my getting up most mornings at 5:00 a.m. since February.

To date my 2020 30 day challenges have involved reading, scribing, exercising, and learning to be silent. I do these the first hour I am awake. The MIRACLE Morning is going require from me adding two new habits. Those are affirmation and visualization.
