August 11-LinkedIn-Professional Networking

LinkedIn is a professional social networking platform designed for connecting individuals within the business and employment sectors. It allows users to showcase their professional experiences, skills, and accomplishments, while also facilitating networking and collaboration with other professionals and potential employers.

This is a free app. Here are some reasons why you may want to add it to your phone.

Networking on the Go: Adding LinkedIn to your mobile phone enables you to easily connect with professionals, colleagues, and potential mentors or collaborators, even when you’re away from your computer.

Opportunity Discovery: The mobile app allows you to receive real-time notifications about job openings, industry news, and updates from your network. This means you won’t miss out on potential career advancements or chances to stay informed about your field, enhancing your professional growth.

Personally, for me it is a valuable tool when I am conducting an executive search for a client. It enables me to build a list or pipeline of potential candidates.
