For October I am participating in the 30-Day Sitting and Rising Coach4aday Challenge. One of the components of this activity is new morning EXERCISES.
In order to improve my flexibility and balance I have added a new set of EXERCISES to my morning routine of pushups.
Stretching Exercises
Here are some of the ranges of movement that I am going thru each morning.
I have a lot of work to do but the longest journey starts with the first step or in this case EXERCISES. I also am doing a sitting and rising exercise on a chair each morning. It is a simple move where I sit down and get back up without using arms to assist me.
