For February 2024 several of us will be participating in the “30-Day RE Coach4aday Challenge”. The challenge involves utilizing a word that includes the prefix Re. Today my word is RELIVE.

Like many other people I sometimes will RELIVE a past experience in my life.

Reflecting on past experiences can either nurture toxicity or foster positivity in our lives. The impact of our thoughts extends to both negative and uplifting realms, influencing our emotional state and contributing to a sense of tranquility. The emotional outcomes we encounter are frequently linked to the frequency of our thoughts and their connection to reality.

Rules of the Challenge

Organizing the 30-Day RE Coach4aday Challenge involves performing, writing, or sharing about an event that captures the essence of the prefix. connections.

Here is how to participate.

  1. Identify what word that uses the prefix RE you choosing for the day. It is okay to repeat words.
  2. Describe or share how you accomplished utilizing that word.
  3. Do this daily for 30 Days posting on social media with the hashtag #Coach4adayChallenge

Day 4-Relive

Navigating through the recollection of a distressing experience is often a delicate equilibrium. While we may logically grasp that repetitively recounting the same narrative doesn’t alter the outcome, there is an alternative perspective. Embracing a mistake, acknowledging what is within our control, and focusing on improvement can be transformative and have a profound impact on our lives. When we relive bad events, we need to become knowledgeable about techniques that impact our thoughts.

Coach4aday

My purpose in life is to coach. I am a former collegiate basketball coach, director of athletics, and chief of staff. I worked at four NCAA Division I & II universities during my career. At each campus I learned timeless lessons on teamwork and leadership. Today my passion is coaching others on what it takes to lead, serve, and succeed.
