#Recap March 31

We may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post.

For February 2024 several of us have completed the 30-Day Shoutout Coach4aday Challenge. The challenge involved recognizing an organization or individual and today’s post is a RECAP of the past month.

I found great pleasure in this challenge because of its ironic turn of events. Initially designed for Jeff Neelon, Jaclyn Donovan, and me to recognize and uplift others, it ultimately ended up boosting our own self-esteem through the simple act of expressing gratitude. We gave shoutouts to friends, family members, activities, college professors, authors, organizations, and inventors.

March 2024 signifies the completion of our 51st consecutive challenge. Tomorrow it will be on to #52. Consider reading the post on Monday and joining us or maybe take on your own challenge.

My purpose in life is to coach. I am a former collegiate basketball coach, director of athletics, and chief of staff. I worked at four NCAA Division I & II universities during my career. At each campus I learned timeless lessons on teamwork and leadership. Today my passion is coaching others on what it takes to lead, serve, and succeed.
