#Mood January 9

We may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post.

It is mind boggling the amount of money humans spend to enhance their MOOD.

People constantly sharing with others either verbally or non-verbally if they are in a bad or good MOOD. It seems humans are continually in pursuit to either recreate or eliminate MOODS. The chase involves medications, experiences, and purchasing material things that we are led to believe will change our MOOD.

I am convinced that simple things like exercise, sleep, light, being exposed to nature, and meditation can all alter our daily MOODS. They just have to become habits. Yet many people ignore these in lieu of more expensive and temporary fixes to their state of mind.

Here are some quick videos to watch if you want to take a simple approach on creating new habits to improving your MOOD.
