#Knot December 10

If you have participated in previous 30 Day #Coach4aday Challenges you know in October 2021 the challenge ago was KNOTS.

Well today is a refresher on just what we have recalled from that experience. Before we get into that we want to review the quiz results from Day 9 on the “Bones of the Arm”. Below you will find my test results and a few others from yesterday’s quiz. Notice how long it took me to recall and complete the test. Way to go Genna!!

I apparently have forgotten a lot of what I had to learn in my required East Carolina Anatomy Classes.

KNOT
Jeff Neelon, Jaclyn Donovan, and I each took on learning various KNOT tying techniques in October so part teacher, part student, and maybe part sadistic I wanted to see what we remembered. I anticipate that Brad Losh is going to score 100 on this quiz.

I located this game on the website Purpose Games.
Here is a link to the quiz for Day 10
