For April 2023 I am participating in the 30-Day Exercise Coach4aday Challenge. This will be my 40th consecutive monthly challenge.
In early February my doctor suspected that I might be having an issue with my spine. After some x-rays and assessment tests it was determined it was mild and could be improved if I would commit to a series of daily exercises involving my core and back. I am tackling those as my challenge for April.
With past challenges I would often write a daily post about some aspect of that. I will not be doing that in April. Instead look for April posts to be random and geared towards some aspect of leadership enhancement or personal development.
Challenge everyone to create a series of EXERCISES you will take on for 30-Days. My list is below.
