In November 2023, I’m participating in the “30-Day COMBO Coach4aday Challenge“. Participants will combine or pair two food or drink items. Today my combination is CHICKEN and ITALIAN Dressing.

November 14th Combo of the Day-Chicken and Italian Dressing

If you are looking for an entree idea that works every time, give this simple recipe a try. Toss your chicken in a ziplock bag with some Italian Dressing and marinade for a few hours.  Have really enjoyed the two types I can purchase at Aldi’s called Tuscan Garden. They have an Italian and Zesty Italian.

How to cook

If you want to use the oven set temperature to 350 and bake for 45 minutes to an hour. On the grill depending on the cut and size of your pieces they can be ready in as little as 7-8 minutes per side.

It is almost prudent to utilize an instant read thermometer and get chicken to an internal temp of 165 degrees.
