For October 2023, I am participating in the “30-Day 30 Words Coach4aday Challenge” where the topic today is READING.

October 12th Topic

If there’s one topic I frequently get questioned about, it’s leadership. I’ve been asked various questions on how to become a leader, foster personal growth in leadership, and effectively lead others.

Leaders need to constantly acquire information. The importance of this is to gain perspective and understand how to seize opportunities to serve others. Well, reading is the most efficient way to become informed.

What to read can be achieved by asking others for a list of books that have been influential in their lives.

Here are some lists for you to consider.

Not all readers are leaders, but all leaders are readers.”

Coach4aday

My purpose in life is to coach. I am a former collegiate basketball coach, director of athletics, and chief of staff. I worked at four NCAA Division I & II universities during my career. At each campus I learned timeless lessons on teamwork and leadership. Today my passion is coaching others on what it takes to lead, serve, and succeed.
