There has never been a time in the history of mankind where you can access all types of things almost immediately. Almost all of these events stimulate our brains. You can watch a movie, listen to music, talk to someone halfway across the world, and play interactive games. What is becoming harder to do is find time to be QUIET.

I am convinced that finding time to be still and quite is so necessary in our lives. I have heard excuses many of them used by me.

  • I am too busy to stop
  • I am wasting time by doing nothing
  • Having time to be myself is not possible at this point in my life

I believe that the way we experience growth, renewal, and joy is thru self-reflection and that is best accomplished by being still and QUIET.

QUIET helps us find the purpose and why of our lives. It helps us prioritize. It helps us with gratitude. It provides the spark and enthuiasism that a life well lived needs.

In our world today you cannot escape stress. QUIET time can help us deal with that madness.  It is not easy to begin new habits. The reward in creating the habit of QUIET time is you are giving yourself a gift to become a better you.

My purpose in life is to coach. I am a former collegiate basketball coach, director of athletics, and chief of staff. I worked at four NCAA Division I & II universities during my career. At each campus I learned timeless lessons on teamwork and leadership. Today my passion is coaching others on what it takes to lead, serve, and succeed.
