If you live in the United States especially the South this is the time of year for fresh peaches.

Our neighbors Jef and Dencie Lambdin recently brought us some PEACHES from the Low Country of South Carolina and I regretted I did not try to grill a few of them.

I went looking on Word Press Blogs to see if I could find some unique but simple grilled PEACH recipes. I found a site called “What’s Cooking On Page 32” written by Peggy Bright

This is site belongs to not only a talented writer but one who has a large collection of cookbooks. I was drawn to her because she has given herself a challenge to attempt to prepare recipes found on Page 32 of her cookbooks.

Here is the recipe she got from Page 32 of an apparent college fundraising cookbook called The Ignatian table: a celebration of food for family and friends

Let’s just say that PEACHES, honey, vanilla extract, balsamic vinegar, and vanilla ice cream make the ingredients for a wonderful summer treat.
