I hope you will not laugh but today’s post is on a 30 day challenge related to doing LAUGHTER yoga. It is a quick post with the goal to spark some curiosity.
So what is LAUGHTER yoga? It involves prolonged voluntary laughter or laughing without any reason. The premise is that voluntary has same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter.
