A day with laughter just seems like a better day. HUMOR is a gift.

There are passages in the Bible that talk about it. Proverbs 17:22

“A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones”

I had a coach tell me last week something that made me laugh. I won’t repeat the joke but it totally lightened my mood.

I have read some funny stuff in the past week. For instance, last week we entered the 4th quarter of the year. Here is a quote I read about that.

We are in the 4th quarter of 2020 I sure hope we are playing the Atlanta Falcons”

Scientists and researchers have discovered that humor has a positive impact on our intellectual and emotional well being

  • It puts our worries into a healthy perspective by making them seem smaller.
  • Aids us in overcoming fear.
  • Triggers our creativity.

Sometimes we need to realize that HUMOR is the umbrella that protects us from the rain of life. I don’t know about you but I have sure needed that umbrella in 2020.

At each campus I learned timeless lessons on teamwork and leadership. Today my passion is coaching others on what it takes to lead, serve, and succeed.
