Today for the 30-Day Movie Coach4aday Challenge I watched a movie featuring the mood of GRUMPY.
When I was watching the film “Rocky” I remembered how much I enjoyed the character Burgess Meredith played in the 1993 flick “Grumpy Old Men“. His role was as Grandpa Gustafson.
Grandpa was the dad of John Gustafson played by Jack Lemmon who is in a long-standing feud with his neighbor Max Goldman played by Walter Matthau. That feud goes to another level when Arial Truex played by Ann-Margaret moves across the street from both of them. That has both Max and John courting Arial. Grandpa Gustafson is there all during the film serving up direct and inappropriate questions and commentary to his son.
