In 2021 any day of the month that has the number 4 in the date becomes a day to post about one of the FOLLOWERS of this blog.

I started blogging in 2014 on the free WordPress platform. Never did I envision that I would ever have 100 people FOLLOWING that free site. A decision was made in 2019 to create a Coach4aday website and post the same content at both sites.

Today in 2021 the number of FOLLOWERS exceeds 2,500. There are 1,300 on the free site, 725 FOLLOWING via the website, and 550 plus via Twitter. If you want to follow the blog click here and choose how you want to subscribe.

Not every FOLLOWER of this site is a blogger. Some of them just have fantastic leadership qualities, enthusiasm, and a fantastic social media presence. That is the case for one a Twitter FOLLOWER. Her name is Danielle Clay and her Twitter handle is @daniellebclay.

My introduction to Danielle came from another fantastic leader named Edwin Britt. Danielle was a college basketball player at Lenoir-Rhyne University that lived in Wilmington NC. She was trying to sort out what her leadership life might be like without basketball.

Edwin got us connected and we met for coffee and discussed career dreams. She was receptive to some of the concepts I adopted from Bob Beaudine. Bob has a philosophy on a practical way to achieve your dreams in life. Everyone should consider reading Bob’s books especially The Power of Who and 2 Chairs.

Today Danielle is Director of Business Development for Hometown Ticketing. That company provides a method for schools and universities to sell tickets digitally. Danielle has already excelled in that field.

Appreciate Danielle choosing to FOLLOW the blog.

Coach4aday

My purpose in life is to coach. I am a former collegiate basketball coach, director of athletics, and chief of staff. I worked at four NCAA Division I & II universities during my career. At each campus I learned timeless lessons on teamwork and leadership. Today my passion is coaching others on what it takes to lead, serve, and succeed.
