In 2021 any day of the month that has the number 4 in the date becomes a day to post about one of the FOLLOWERS of this blog.

I started blogging in 2014 on the free WordPress platform. I never envisioned when I started blogging in 2014 that I would ever have 100 people FOLLOWING that free site. In 2019 I decided to create a Coach4aday website and post the same content at both sites. Today in 2021 the number of FOLLOWERS exceeds 2,500. There are 1,250 on the free site, 725 FOLLOWING via the website, and 500 plus via Twitter. If you want to follow the blog click here and choose how you want to subscribe.

Sometimes when I review the quality of the leaders that are part of this blog I am humbled. One person in particular is a professional speaker and leadership expert Edwin Britt.

Edwin Britt

Edwin is the Co-Founder of Edge Global Inc. and happens to be from Lumberton NC. He also was part of Elon University’s 1981 National Championship Football Team.

Edge Global is an international speaking and training company that specializes in the building of a purpose driven culture for corporations, business owners and individuals. Prior to Edge Global his passion the sales profession enabled him to build a 28-year career, becoming the #1 ranked salesperson at every company for which he worked. As a speaker and trainer he knows his stuff.

What makes separates Edwin from many other success stories is his generosity not only with his expertise but his time. He has done that with me and many others. He always has an inspirational message that you can catch on his Facebook Page. One of the big takeaways for me is Edwin is not looking to help aspiring leaders become successful but rather significant.

Looking for someone to FOLLOW. Give Edwin Britt a look.

My purpose in life is to coach. I am a former collegiate basketball coach, director of athletics, and chief of staff. I worked at four NCAA Division I & II universities during my career. At each campus I learned timeless lessons on teamwork and leadership. Today my passion is coaching others on what it takes to lead, serve, and succeed.
