Have I got a deal for you! China has built duplicate cities all over their country of many of the world’s great cities. The canals in Venice are there, there is an Eiffel Tower in their Paris. Thousands of apartments, open space, virtually empty. Almost no one living there.

So what’s the deal? It was first brought to the world’s attention when it was reported on by an Australian news agency. In 2016, ABC did a broadcast on Night Line which I have linked below.

So why would a country with amazing historical architecture of their own, decide to copy numerous styles from all over the globe. And who are they expecting to live in the thousands of apartments across the country.
