We wake up today facing another day of COVID 19 disruptions to the routines we all took for granted. The rhythms of work, family, home, community, and play have all been impacted. We have CHOICES.
The CHOICES. We can give up, give in or give it all we have.
I am convinced that we have great power in what we choose to think about. That decision to take control of our minds does not permit negative thoughts to turn into long winded negative conversations.
Paulo Coehlo the Brazilian born author of the book The Alchemist has a fantastic quote.

To make a CHOICE to push on is not easy. Persistence when there is resistance it difficult. It is what separates those that complete marathons. That is the race we all find ourselves running in. The joy in a marathon is the making the choice to push on. The prize is not finishing first but completing the journey.
