The last few weeks I have listened to friends discuss the cognitive decline of family members. As we age the risk for reduced memory and BRAIN disease increases.

I found a good article on what is just normal aging and what might require a doctor’s consultation. The article is titled “How Memory and Thinking Change with Age”

There are 30 Day BRAIN Challenges that may offer some prevention. The point of BRAIN training is to push your brain to the point of frustration so that your neural connections strengthen. And it can be incredibly difficult.

I found one pretty simple place to navigate 30 Day BRAIN Challenge. It is a website that features expertise from Dr. Cynthia Green. Each day it gives you an activity to complete. The exercise are not very long.

Regular physical exercise changes our BRAIN and makes them stronger. So does BRAIN Challenges. As the saying goes “Use it or Lose It”.
