Today’s 30-Day Quiz Coach4aday Challenge is on the various cuts of BEEF. Tonight, I will be going to The Peddler steakhouse with a large group of friends and wanted to be educated on the various choices the menu will offer.

If you have been to the grocery store lately you have noticed a spike in the prices of BEEF. According to Fortune the cost has risen 17.6% in 2021 alone. In facts some have dubbed the phenomena “meatflation“. So when you are shopping it might be helpful to know what cut of meat you are buying because they have wide price variants.

Some savvy shoppers are looking for less popular cuts of meat. This article from MyRecipes describes eight of them.

Yesterday test was to attempt to correctly identify all 100 counties in North Carolina. It was a lengthy quiz so particpation was down a little.
