One of the many great things of living in the United States are the National PARKS.

The US has 63 national PARKS, which are located in thirty different states. By definition a PARK is a protected areas operated by the National Park Service, an agency of the Department of the Interior. If you want to find a PARK this link let’s you search by states.

If you really want to learn about US National PARKS consider watching the Ken Burns Documentary called “The National Parks: America’s Best Idea“. Filmed over the course of more than six years at some of nature’s most spectacular locales— from Acadia to Yosemite, Yellowstone to the Grand Canyon, the Everglades of Florida to the Gates of the Arctic in Alaska.
