#Apps August 1

We may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post.

Today I begin the 44th consecutive #Coach4adayChallenge and it is going to involve mobile phone APPS.

My goal this month is to explore a different application each month that I could use or experiment with on my iPhone or desktop. Excited that Jeff Neelon and Jaclyn Donovan are joining me again.

Why Mobile Phone Apps?

During the previous month, I participated in the 30-Day Curiosity Challenge and authored a post discussing the most popular phone apps. Through my research, I discovered that there are countless apps available, numbering in the millions. This revelation sparked my determination to explore and learn about fresh and potentially useful or intriguing applications. Engaging in this challenge provides me with a perfect opportunity to achieve that goal.

How the 30-Day Mobile Phone Apps Coach4aday Challenge Works

There is no perfect or one way for this to work. Customizing it is highly recommended but there are some suggestions.

Set Clear Objectives: Define your goals for the challenge. Are you looking to discover new productivity apps, improve a particular skill, explore entertainment options, or find apps that enhance your well-being? Having clear objectives will help you stay focused during the challenge.

Choose a Theme: Consider selecting a theme for your challenge to give it a cohesive focus. For instance, you could explore fitness apps, photography apps, language learning apps, or apps that boost creativity.

Engage with the Community: Share your challenge on social media with a brief daily update using the hashtag #Coach4adayChallenge

August 1st -Goal Planning

The focus for today is locating an iPhone app that can assist with goal planning or 30-Day Challenges. What I discovered is Habit X

It’s completely free, is perfectly suited for 30-day challenges, and has a lot of good stats and data features! It is simple to use, and it can be programmed to send you a reminder each day to ask if your challenge is complete.

Here is what the checklist looks like for my first day.

Hope you will consider joining in with the mobile phone apps challenge.

Coach4aday

My purpose in life is to coach. I am a former collegiate basketball coach, director of athletics, and chief of staff. I worked at four NCAA Division I & II universities during my career. At each campus I learned timeless lessons on teamwork and leadership. Today my passion is coaching others on what it takes to lead, serve, and succeed.
