#Affirmations September 5

In this month 30 Day Challenge each of us who accepted the challenge is creating a Miracle Morning by practicing six habits defined in the acronym SAVERS. The “A” in SAVERS stands for AFFIRMATIONS.

This is one of the new habits I have added to my morning set of habits. I have never had any practice with it so I had to learn. I am still learning. One great resource I found was this article by Katherine Hurst.

The basic premise of AFFIRMATIONS is by creating positive sentences we will create a belief in our sub-conscious brain. AFFIRMATIONS are closely tied to the Law of Attraction.

Like any beginner it helps if you can see how other more experienced leaders utilize AFFIRMATIONS. I found several good resources.
