Day 4-Pool in Key West

In 2018 two memorable life events took place. First, I retired from working full-time in Higher Education after 44 years. Second, I went on a weeklong vacation in a rental house in Key West, Florida with 5 couples. It is still the best vacation I have every been on. One component that made it so fantastic was the pool the house had. It had a hot tub, lazy river, a gazebo, and a pool with two cascading waterfalls. That pool was something we took advantage of every day during our weeklong stay.

Today I’m posting two photos of that pool. The first shows the pool with two waterfall and to the right is the elevated gazebo that had a lazy river running under it. That gazebo was the location for the men to gather each morning.

The second photo gives you a better look of the lazy river running under the gazebo. It is not in the photo but there was a hot tub at far end.

Miss this pool but miss hanging out with these friends even more.
