For the month of August, I am participating in the 30-Day Phone Apps Coach4adayChallenge. Today the focus is on a beer tracking app called UNTAPPD.

The goal each day is to explore a different application each month that I could use or experiment with on my iPhone or desktop.

August 8-Untappd-Beer Tracking

Untappd is a popular beer tracking app that allows users to discover, rate, and review various beers, as well as share their experiences with friends and fellow enthusiasts. The app provides a platform for beer lovers to explore new brews and engage in a vibrant community centered around their passion for craft beer.

If you travel or live in large city, it shows you popular bars and venues nearby and what’s on tap.

Personal Tracking

Many of my friends know I have been tracking each unique beer I have consumed since 2014. Many of those have been part of a flight (Commonly 4 Four Ounce Beers).

The app can track what you have tried. As of August 4, 2023, I have used the app 1,324 times sampling 1,222 unique beers.
