Today I want to profile a 30 day SLEEP Challenge. To be clear I am not currently doing this.
I really don’t have to write this but SLEEP is very important. I wish I didn’t have to write this but many people have SLEEP issues. Those issues cause us not to at our best each day.

I will add one thing about SLEEP. In today’s busy lives having a routine on going to bed the same time each night is a big challenge opportunity.
That one small habit can have a big result
