Voters in the U.S. may head to the polls on TUESDAY November 8th, but that day of the week is not preference for the rest of the world.

Most of the world seems to prefer to holding elections on a Sunday. There are over 30 countries around the world that choose to vote on Sunday.
Here are some other countries and the day they hold elections
In Canada, citizens vote on Mondays, while Great Britian votes on Thursdays, and Australians and New Zealanders on Saturdays.
