Yesterday completed the first of five full WEEKENDS in the month of May 2020.
There are some social media claims that this only occurs once every 823 years. Wrong, here is a link dispelling that myth.
A calendar month that contains 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays, and 5 Sundays actually occurs nearly every year. We will see our next 5 weekends in a month in October 2021.
For many people that are not happy in their jobs or with their life they love a WEEKEND. Maybe it the freedom from responsibility or a chance to do what they love. Those folks remind me of the 1979 Wet Willie song called WEEKENDS. The song was considered a disco dance song by some but its lyrics do resonate with many including me.
I truly believe that when COVID 19 passes there will be a lot of people cherishing WEEKENDS a lot more.
