For the month of August, I am participating in the 30-Day Phone Apps Coach4adayChallenge. Today the focus on a cable TV application called SPECTRUM.

The goal each day is to explore a different application each month that I could use or experiment with on my iPhone or desktop.

August 3-Spectrum Cable TV

Not every US household has cable television. Those that have it may utilize Spectrum especially in Southeastern North Carolina. Spectrum is currently available in 41 states. They appear to be a dominant provider in New York State and Ohio along with the Carolinas.

Spectrum TV App

This app lets you stream anywhere on all of your devices. It is free to download and use if you are a Spectrum Subscriber

The Spectrum TV app offers a convenient means to access Spectrum TV whether you are at home or on the go. However, it’s essential to note that the available channels and on-demand shows may vary when you’re not connected to your home Spectrum internet network. In such cases, the selection may be limited, providing you with a reduced number of channels and on-demand options.

Some other features include programming your DVRbrowsing the channel guide, set parental controls and search for content with the Spectrum TV App. Of all of these browsing the channel guide on the app is easier than on my tv remote.
