For the month of August, I am participating in the 30-Day Phone Apps Coach4adayChallenge. Today the focus is on fitness with an app called RUNKEEPER.

The goal each day is to explore a different application each month that I could use or experiment with on my iPhone or desktop.

August 6th-Runkeeper-Fitness Tracking Application

When I want to track how far I have walked or ran I utilize RunKeeper

It is a fantastic iPhone app for fitness enthusiasts, offering comprehensive tracking of various activities such as running, walking, and cycling. Its user-friendly interface and accurate GPS tracking make it easy to monitor your progress and set personal goals. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a beginner, RunKeeper is a great companion to help you stay motivated and on track with your fitness journey.

When you download the app it will use GPS to track your location and follow you along your route. Here is a screen shot from a 5K walk/run I did earlier this year.
