Today is a RECAP of the 30-Day Anatomy Coach4aday Challenge along with the end of 2023.

December 2023 Lessons Learned

Completing college with degrees that involved numerous anatomy and physiology courses, this month’s challenge served as a review for me.

I came to two realizations: firstly, I didn’t retain everything from my college exposure, and secondly, what I do recall now has a more robust anatomical connection.
