In 2021 any day of the month that has the number 4 in the date becomes a day to post about one of the FOLLOWERS of this blog. Tomorrow is April 4th and a Sunday. Tomorrow is also the day I participate in Song Lyric Sunday so I am moving the FOLLOWER post up a day.

I started blogging in 2014 on the free WordPress platform. I never envisioned when I started blogging in 2014 that I would ever have 100 people FOLLOWING that free site. In 2019 I decided to create a Coach4aday website and post the same content at both sites. Today in 2021 the number of FOLLOWERS has exceeded 1,200 on the free site and close to 500 on the website. In addition I have over 500 followers on Twitter. If you want to follow via email click here to subscribe

It is amazing the different niches the people following this blog fall in. One of those interesting people is Dr. Kenneth Bowen who follows me via Twitter. His handle is @DrKLBowen. He is constantly tweeting uplifting and motivating pieces of information daily.

What makes Kenneth so intriguing is he has many talents in many different roles. He is Leader, Strategic Consultant, Educator, Speaker. and Growth Strategist. He has done much in the educational world serving at both the scholastic and university levels. He also has an eye for antiques. He and his daughter have a booth at Peacock’s Vintage Picks in Latta SC. Here is photo from his booth. Go check out some of his finds.

Kenneth is also an award winning leader who is constantly learning. He has a bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate degrees. He also has enrolled and completed training in the AASA, which is the About Aspiring Superintendent Academy. It is sponsored by The School Superintendents Association Thar organization was founded in 1865, and is the professional organization for more than 13,000 educational leaders across the United States.

I have no doubt that if Kenneth wants to become a School Superintendent he would make and excellent one. Give his twitter feed a look.

My purpose in life is to coach. I am a former collegiate basketball coach, director of athletics, and chief of staff. I worked at four NCAA Division I & II universities during my career. At each campus I learned timeless lessons on teamwork and leadership. Today my passion is coaching others on what it takes to lead, serve, and succeed.
