In 2021 any day of the month that has the number 4 in the date becomes a day to post about one of the FOLLOWERS of this blog. It is a great way for me to learn about other interesting people.

I started blogging in 2014 on the free WordPress platform. I never envisioned when I started blogging in 2014 that I would ever have 100 people FOLLOWING that free site. In 2019 I decided to create a Coach4aday website and post the same content at both sites. Today in 2021 the number of FOLLOWERS has exceeded 1,200 on the free site and close to 500 on the website. Today I am writing about a Leadership Blogger named Thomas Heimbrand. You can find him on twitter @ThomasHeimbrand. He also has a blog that has some good content on all aspects of leadership. You can find a lot of great resources on his website which which is called Leadership In Nuclear

One particular article I enjoyed by Thomas was on gratitude. Starting a gratitude journal in 2020 as a daily habit has made a lot of improvements in my appreciation and gratitude. His article point out some of the reasons why that is a good thing.
