I found a 30 Day Challenge on sharing a COMPLIMENT. It was embedded in a book that has some 500 ideas.
The book called The 30 Day Challenge Book by Clare Hudson.
Clare was inspired by Matt Cutts who I wrote about in my January 1 2020 post. Matt is the guy who also inspired me to attempt a different 30 day challenge each day in 2020. For January I started a Gratitude Journal (still doing it each morning) and this month is to get better with push-ups.
So one monthly activity that is in The 30 Day Challenge Book is a “COMPLIMENT Challenge”. Each day you deliver a positive message to a different person. The COMPLIMENTS do not have to be long but they do need to be genuine.

I feel certain when you decide to COMPLIMENT others you will become the recipient of good will also. I am pretty certain that this will be a 2020 Challenge I will take on.
