#Coach4adayChallenge March 1

Each month since January 2020 I have taken on a 30 Day COACH4ADAY CHALLENGE. They have helped me grow and learn so much.

For March 2021 the 30 Day Challenge is to elevate my awareness and appreciation of the world by preparing a weekly Ethnic Themed Menu. The choices are quite broad. Below is a list of various ethnicity that all have their own culinary uniqueness.

So how does the #COACH4ADAYCHALLENGE work? As with all challenges you should feel free to modify the general parameters.

The basic fundamental is you or a group commit to prepare four (4) ETHNIC dishes or complete menus during the next 30 days. That equates to one a week. You can do it for yourself but I believe with the right COVID protocols or close family members it would be so much better to share with others. That is what I am going to attempt to do. Have four intimate dinners (4-6 people max) all revolving around an ETHNIC menu.

The list above does not have to be all encompassing. The list I provided does not cover domestic regional menus. For example New England, Texas, and California in many culinary circles are all considered unique. I am going to focus on international.

I am happy to report that this month’s COACH4ADAY CHALLENGE all ready has buy in from many including Jeff Neelon. I encourage you to join us.
