Today’s contribution to the 30-Day Musical Instrument Coach4aday Challenge is on the CLARINET.

Does not matter if the musical genre is classical, jazz, or swing the Clarinet has held a prominent role. Research has indicated that it first appeared around 1690. Surfing on Amazon I saw where beginner clarinets can cost about $100.00.

Sing-Sing-Sing

From the Swing Music era one of the best-known tunes is Sing-Sing-Sing written by Louis Prima and recorded by Benny Goodman’s Orchestra. Lots of horns but you can hear Goodman on the Clarinet.
