#Cantaloupe November 3

In November 2023, I’m participating in the “30-Day COMBO Coach4aday Challenge“. Participants will combine or pair two food or drink items. Today my combination involves CANTALOUPE.

November 3rd Combo of the Day Cantaloupe & Prosciutto

Some reasons why this works:

Flavor Contrast: The natural sweetness of ripe cantaloupe complements the saltiness of prosciutto.

Temperature Contrast: Serving cold, refreshing cantaloupe with room temperature or slightly chilled prosciutto adds an additional layer of complexity to the pairing. The temperature contrast can be refreshing and satisfying, especially on a warm day.

Versatility: Cantaloupe and prosciutto can be served in various forms, including as a simple appetizer, part of a charcuterie board, or incorporated into salads. This versatility allows for creative presentations and flavor combinations.
