I have two pair of golf shoes and one pair was starting to emit a funk I could detect with my olfactory nerves. I went looking for solution to the air pollution. The answer was BAKING SODA.

The answer was simple. I just dusted a little BAKING SODA inside a paper towel folded it up and placed inside my shoes. The next morning it definitely helped with my odor issue.

You can buy a small box of BAKING SODA for under a $1.00 just about everywhere. The good news is there is a host of uses or life hacks for this powder. Here is a list.

BAKING SODA is actually sodium bicarbonate, it is found in crystalline form in nature but is ground to a fine powder for use in cooking.
