Today ends the 30-Day Podcast Coach4aday Challenge for the month of May. This makes 29 consecutives 30 Day Challenges completed. Today’s post is a RECAP of the various podcasts I listened to.

Once again, I did not travel alone completing the podcast challenge. Appreciate Jeff Neelon, Lee Scott, David Ruth, and Jaclyn Donovan all deciding to be part of learning via podcasts. As a collective group we learned about travel, history, food, interesting people, art, investing, music, and heard a lot of cool stories.

Podcast Takeaways

Until this month I had no idea of the sheer volume of podcasts available to listen to. That presents a problem when doing a search. Discovered the key is to narrow your search. Starting a search with podcasts about food just delivers way too many results. There are also content producers that not only air a show but include “show notes” or a full transcript. Really helpful if you want to dig deeper into a particular genre.

Here are some of my favorites in various categories

  1. RETIRED-AdventuRetired
  2. NATIONAL PARKS-Amateur Traveler
  3. STORIES-This American Life

Next 30-Day Challenge

Tomorrow will begin a new 30-Day Challenge. The theme will be revealed in the June 1st post. Listed below are the completed ones since January 2021.

Hope you will consider reading tomorrow’s post and join us in the next 30 Day Coach4aday Challenge

Coach4aday

My purpose in life is to coach. I am a former collegiate basketball coach, director of athletics, and chief of staff. I worked at four NCAA Division I & II universities during my career. At each campus I learned timeless lessons on teamwork and leadership. Today my passion is coaching others on what it takes to lead, serve, and succeed.
