Jack Canfield is an author and transformational speaker who wrote “Chicken Soup for the Soul”. He believes the answer is yes.

In that book he talks about the power of creating a VISION Board. Sometimes people refer to these as dream boards.

A VISION board is a visualization tool which often is collage of pictures, images and words to depict your goals and dreams.
