Many people discount the notion they possess a SUPERPOWER.

That is the word I am featuring today for the 30-Day Quotation Coach4aday Challenge. My four-year old granddaughter has a fantastic imagination and often acts out various superpower qualities of cartoon characters. Paw Patrol and Ladybug are two heroes she sometimes does role playing with.

Cartoons for pre-K students might energize them but adults might have to turn to advice from sleep scientist and author Matthew Walker. He claims that sleep can be our global force. If interested he has a great TED Talk on sleep.

Sleep

Science has discovered a lot about sleep patterns and their benefits. Sleep is the wonder drug that helps you live longer, look better, learn more and plays a role in our weight. Sleep research has indicated it can be an insurance policy against conditions such as dementia and cancer. A good night’s sleep makes many people “feel like a million dollars”.
