Bronnie Ware authored a book called Top Five Regrets of the Dying

Her book is a look at the years she spent in palliative care with the dying. She would question the dying about any regrets they had or anything they would do differently.

February 28th-Regret

Each of us experiences just one life on this earth. Guidance on how to make the most of it often manifests in the advice we receive from individuals at various stages beyond our own. This counsel may originate from our parents, grandparents, educators, mentors, and even those facing the end of their journey.

We often can get advice from books. In that book authored by Bonnie Ware she found the number one regret of those at the end of life was the following:

I wish Iā€™d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.

Coach4aday

My purpose in life is to coach. I am a former collegiate basketball coach, director of athletics, and chief of staff. I worked at four NCAA Division I & II universities during my career. At each campus I learned timeless lessons on teamwork and leadership. Today my passion is coaching others on what it takes to lead, serve, and succeed.
