I have to be honest I very seldom listen to anything on the radio in my car today.
When I was living in Rock Hill SC in the 1990’s I did get addicted to the John Boy and Billy Radio Show. The show airs out of a Charlotte Radio Station WRFX 99.7 FM.
When I was a car pooling dad taking children to school we have the radio on listening to John Boy and Billy playing along with one of their skits called John Boy Jeopardy. We actually kept score on who got the most correct answers.
What made this RADIO show so funny and entertaining were the unique segments and fictional characters that aired each morning. Many of those characters would appear in segment called John Boy Playhouse.

Technology has changed RADIO. I discovered that John Boy and Billy now do a podcast. Maybe during one of my long walks I will give them a listen.
