One of the more common 30 Day Challenges I have come across is related to taking a PHOTO.

The basic concept is everyday for a month you take a PHOTO and either post it or capture it.

A lot of the links I found don’t really help you learn about taking PHOTOS they just encourage you to take a picture.

The first thing to determine with a photo challenge is are you utilizing a camera or phone.

If I decide to do this challenge later this year it will be with a phone. Specifically an iPhone.

Here is a great link for iPhone tips on taking PHOTOS. You can learn about filters, lighting, and timers. That may be a great lesson for a friend named Shannon who is shown below with her husband and son.

She has her share of trials and tribulations with taking PHOTOS with a timer. Her persistence and penchant for saying one more time always wins out in the end. The photo below was done on a timer by Shannon after several attempts and it turned out fantastic.

For those that have a camera I found a 30 Day PHOTO Challenge that grows in complexity each day. The subject matter each day requires more creativity. The PHOTO Challenge was on a website called Shark & Palm and the article can be found here.

Learning new skills is great, but it’s often hard to find the time to devote to doing it. The PHOTO challenge looks like it would not require a big block of time especially if using a phone.
