For the month of August, I am participating in the 30-Day Phone Apps Coach4adayChallenge. Today the focus is on a tape measure app simply called MEASURE.

The goal each day is to explore a different application each month that I could use or experiment with on my iPhone or desktop.

August 23-Measure-Determining Dimensions

The iPhone app “Measure” is a versatile tool that utilizes the device’s camera to measure distances and dimensions of various objects in the real world. Users can simply point their camera at an object, place markers on the screen, and the app will provide accurate measurements, including length, width, and height. This app proves handy for quick and convenient measurements, making it a practical tool for various tasks such as home improvement projects and interior design.

How to use this app

Often times this application is loaded on iPhones. It sometimes is embedded in the Utilites folder. This Apple product uses augmented reality to assist with a lot of different projects or tasks.

It also can be used as a level. Here is a video tutorial.
